Cancellation

What counts is the moment your written or spoken cancellation reaches us.

• 0 %Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge.
• 50 %13 to 4 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price.
• 100 %3 to 0 days before arrival: 100 % of the total price.

Contract and deposit

The accommodation contract comes into being when Camping Trin accepts your written or spoken order.

For rooms and the rental caravan you pay 50 % of the amount as a deposit by bank transfer; the account details and the payment deadline reach you in the email after your booking. The booking is confirmed for good once the payment arrives. If the deposit is not made, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Beginning and end of the stay

You can move into the promised rooms from 14:00 on the agreed day of arrival and vacate them by 11:00 on the day of departure. If no later departure time has been agreed, we are entitled to clear the accommodation and store any items left behind.

On the campsite this does not apply: there are no fixed arrival and departure times. Only your arrival should be before 22:00.

No-show and early departure

In the event of a no-show or early departure we charge 100 % of the booked services. If we can let the unused services to someone else within the agreed period, we charge nothing.

Who stays in the accommodation

The rented accommodation is reserved exclusively for the registered guests. Passing it on to third parties or use by an additional person requires our consent.

Keys

Please report the loss of a key at once. We charge CHF 150 for damage or loss.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the rental accommodation. If this is disregarded, we reserve the right to charge for the cleaning. You are welcome to smoke on the terraces.
